Yes, the clay will start to harden if left out for too long. It air-dries naturally within 24–48 hours, depending on the thickness of your piece.

To keep it workable, store any unused clay back in the resealable bag. And remember, no ovens or heat sources, rushing the process can cause cracks!

Fabulous introduction kit
I bought this for my twins 6th birthday and they have loved it. We’ve managed to share the clay provided between them but will be purchasing more as they have so many ideas they want to create. The packaging has been thoughtfully put together and the guide is full of great tips. I’m even tempted to buy myself an adult kit to get in on the fun!
