Make sure to add a consistent layer of background paste. When pulling the paste, ensure to keep a 30 degree angle and firm pressure across the whole blade. Make sure to wipe the blade after each pull as dried paste will clog the comb create unclean lines. When you would like to rotate, keep one side anchored whilst rotating the other.

Wavy

Instead of rotating your comb like the guidance above, you could instead make wavy lines by swooping your comb across the canvas.

One for the arch pros! When rotating, focus on the end notch and keep this in the same position as you rotate 360 degrees. You will need to switch your hands over at certain angles and keep consistent pressure as you go.
