A Sculpd Pottery Kit contains everything you'll need to sculpt, carve, air-dry and waterproof your own pinch pots, succulent plant pots, trinket dishes, vases, candle holders, sculptures, wall hangings and everything in between.
Every kit contains enough clay for two people. You can create 4 or more pinch pots or 2 larger plant pots with plenty of clay left over for the finishing touches.
What's in the kit?
- 2 Packs Premium Air-Dry Clay
- Step-By-Step Beginners Pottery Guide
- Pottery Carving, Shaping and Cutting Tools & Tool Bag
- White Waterproof Paint
- 2 Paintbrushes
- Sponge for Smoothing
We use a premium air-drying clay that is soft, supple, easy to manipulate and dries a lovely light grey colour with a smooth surface making it a joy to paint on. We've tested every air-dry clay we could get our fingers into, and this clay is hands down the best.
Clay days are best shared among friends so simply add more clay bags if you have extra hands to feed. There are plenty of pottery tools and paint to go around.

Will it be relaxing?
Clay, my friend, is wonderful. Creating with clay is a sensory experience that relaxes the mind by disconnecting our thoughts with the exterior, allowing us to focus only on the material in our hands.
We won't go full clay geek on you, but forming and manipulating clay stimulates neural input from almost all of our senses, including our touch / tactile input and visual pathways which communicate with both left and right hemispheres of the brain.
Expect a natural calming effect - it is an ancient technique that helps connect our minds with the earth through our hands, offering a much needed break from our digital world. You're sure to love it :)
